Writer's Block?

I realized this morning that I'm having a major case of writer's block.

I think it has something to do with the fact that I am sans-camera. I'm used to taking a lot of photos each day--and that usually sparks an idea for my writing. So without the camera, I'm left to find images on Google, and that just seems sooooooooooooooooo boring.

I think I'll have to look at cameras this weekend and get my groove back (not like Stella's Groove, my Blogger's Groove--tee hee).

In other completely self-centered news . . .

* Today's the first day of Autumn and you can feel it here in Utah.

* We've planned our first family vacation.
(Which means I can hopefully cross another 2010 Resolution off my list. PS: So you don't think we've hit the lotto, we're not talking Hawaii, we're talking sleeping somewhere other than our home AND not working/schooling for a spell. I'm so excited!)

* Dave went to 5 Parent/Teacher Conferences yesterday.
(It took 3.5 hours to complete. Is that crazy? No wonder the Duggers homeschool. NO WAY could you "public-school" 20+ kids.)

* I bought a Peanuts "It's the Great Pumpkin" metal lunchbox this past week.
(I've been taking my lunch to work and it makes me laugh every time I pack it.)

* I'm watching the new seasons of Survivor, Glee, Modern Family, and Parenthood.
(All at midnight on TIVO or HULU. Those shows crack me up. You have no idea how much you appreciate a good fall line-up until you move to a place where you are indoors for a good portion of October-March.)

I'm still working out everyday (minus Sundays, so I guess it's not everyday).
(I think I'm at Day 70+--began first week in July.)

* Dave and I are having a midlife crisis--together.
(It's been kinda fun to do together. I feel like we are dating again--rethinking life, goals, plans. It's funny. Don't be surprised if you see me in a 1960ish refurbished VW Bus here soon. It's my dream-car. For. Real.)

* Oh, and I can eat a whole loaf of pumpkin bread by myself.
(Just thought you should know.)
