It's Time to Detox . . . and Exfoliate!
When I woke up this morning and had one thought: It's time to detox. And I think the launch of the holiday season seems to be the best time to do that. Don't you? (Ha.) Well, I'm not so sure about that. But rather than just "throw in the towel" and let the holiday buffet roll me over, I think I'm simply going to try to be more mindful of how I'm fueling my body. So, here's my plan, I call it, My " Be More Mindful of How You Fuel Your Body Over The Holidays Plan" (That's a clear and limiting title if I ever heard one.) What exactly does it mean? Well, bear with me. I'm not a dietician (but I play one on my blog), so I'm piecing together said-plan using 3 years of college life science courses, a shelf full of library books, a few O!
